The Total Cycle of Psychoanalysis in Seven Minutes

Total cycle

Seven is the number of a cycle in a human life; the seven years it takes to renew cells in your body or The Seven Year Itch.

The traditional psychoanalysis is (at least within literature) estimated to seven years. In the book "The words to say it" by Marie Cardinal the main character makes these seven years, the process between the psychologist and the patient, as a natural cycle where the healing of the mind and emotions goes through the accounted for stages.

The person (personified by the artist) in the video "Seven minutes..." goes through these stages; She personifies her problems, confronts them, accepts them and finally looses them. Within minutes she has reached the point of complete emotional and intellectual liberation. All within a state of total self-denial. The words to say it can also be the words to lie about it.
